About
Dr Katherine Casey is a Lecturer in Marketing at Kent Business School whose research brings together critical consumer research, cooperative and community organisation, and qualitative and ethnographic methodologies. She also holds a law degree and a master's in finance, which inform her interest in how regulatory architectures, financial structures and market design interact with stakeholder experience and governance. At Climaticus, she contributes expertise in governance, stakeholder engagement, and the social organisation of alternative economic systems, with a sustained focus on how cooperatives, ecovillages and community-based provisioning models are enacted and maintained in practice.
