Wholesale Supply
Climaticus assembles renewable gas at wholesale scale, joining the two things the market has kept apart: rural feedstock and urban demand. A single AD plant rarely produces enough to serve a large consumer, and a large consumer rarely finds enough firm, verified supply in one place. We close that gap, aggregating community-led AD projects into one traceable supply programme built for a long-term offtake.

Biomethane Supply
Climaticus connects biomethane offtakers to verified biomethane supply from Irish AD projects. All supply is RED II compliant and MRV-verified through Custos by Climaticus. Biomethane and biogenic CO₂ are available through the Biogenia Marketplace, a dedicated marketplace for verified Irish biomethane and biogenic CO₂.
Biogenic CO₂
AD projects produce biogenic CO₂ as a co-product of biomethane upgrading. Climaticus facilitates biogenic CO₂ offtake for food-grade, industrial and other appropriate applications where traceable supply is required.
RED II Compliance and Certification
Climaticus manages RED II compliance on behalf of biomethane offtakers and provides the documentation required for regulatory reporting and corporate sustainability accounts. All biomethane supplied carries a verified certificate of origin with full feedstock traceability.
